Initial consultation

​One walk-through at the wedding venue together.
​
​Unlimited text and email communication with Event Coordinator.

​One hour phone conversation the week before the wedding to go over last minute details.

One hour rehearsal

​On site management on the day of the event making sure everyone and everything is where it needs to be! Wedding party, guests, and vendors!

​Coordination and execution of decor setup and tear down.
​
​10 hours of coordination expertise on the day of the event.

Travel fees included for 0-100 mile radius from Grand Rapids, MI.
